(3) State grants

3. Award (funding) standards and quota allocation

The national scholarship award criteria are8000 yuan/person/academic year;The National Encouragement Scholarship award standard is 5000 yuan/person/academic year;The funding standard of the national grant is 2 files, each person is 2,000 yuan and 4,500 yuan per academic year, and the quota allocation of each secondary college is shown in the annex。

Iv. Review procedures

(1) Student application

Students fill in the application form truthfully:Application Form for National Scholarship in 2023-2024 Academic year, Application Form for National Encouragement Scholarship for Junior College Students in Anhui Province, Application Form for National Scholarship for Junior College Students in Anhui Province, please refer to the attachment for filling requirements。

(2) Class (major) review

Each class counselor presided over the on-site evaluation and recommendation of class awards and grants, and the evaluation results should be in the class公示3天。Each secondary college may also organize evaluation by class (specialty) according to the actual situation of the college。

(3) Second-level college selection

Each secondary college will select, recommend and review the class recommendation candidates公示5天。

五、Material submission requirement

（一）Submission time

The deadline for submitting the National scholarship evaluation materials isOctober 8;The deadline for submission of the National Encouragement Scholarship and National Scholarship materials is October 23。

(2) Submission of materials and requirements

1. National scholarship。(1) National Scholarship Review Report, National Scholarship Application Approval Form for 2023-2024 Academic Year, and Preliminary Review List of National Scholarship Winners for 2023-2024 Academic Year, both paper and electronic documents shall be submitted at the same time;(2)Students' individual academic year grade table, class comprehensive assessment grade table and class learning grade table should be commented by counselors and managers"Verified" andSign and affix the official seal of the secondary college。

2. National inspirational Scholarship。National Encouragement Scholarship review report, Application Form for National Encouragement Scholarship for Junior College Students in Anhui Province, Preliminary List of National Encouragement Scholarship Winners for Junior College Students in Anhui Province in 2023-2024 Academic year, all the above materials should be submitted simultaneously in paper and electronic documents。

3. State grant。National grant evaluation report, "Anhui Provincial college student National Grant Application Form", "National grant student preliminary review list", the above materials should be submitted at the same time paper version and electronic documents。

4. National Student Financial Aid System Award Grant Template data (only submit electronic version)。

5. The evaluation report of the national award and scholarship should reflect the basic information of the evaluation basis, evaluation procedures, allocation of quotas, publicity and evaluation results;It is necessary to attach the review opinions of the College's National Award and scholarship and the minutes of the joint meeting of the Party and government。

6. In the selection of National Scholarship and National Inspirational Scholarship,Performance ranking or comprehensive evaluation ranking前My classmates were not recommended的The second level College must be accompanied by a separate thematic report。

6. Other requirements
